Summary:
Family-owned dental practice searching for a talented and enthusiastic individual to add to our growing team.
We are looking for an individual that has some experience with the dental industry and is confident with insurance billing and treatment plan presentation.
This person would work alongside an experienced insurance coordinator.
The individual must be comfortable working in a team environment.
Assigned Duties:
- Greet and check-in patients - Answer the phone and manage the call appropriately - Schedule appointments and recall - Verify and update dental insurance information - Present treatment plans to patients and review financial obligations - Collect payment at time of service and submit statements - Scan and organize patient documents - Facilitate communication with area specialists - Coordinating with dental laboratories; sending and receiving cases - Helping the team maintain a clean and organized workspace - Additional duties as assigned Additional Skills/
Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience desired, but not required - Good communications skills - Comfortable with technology - Familiar with insurance and billing Compensation:
- $15-$24 hourly based on experience level (Negotiable) Availability/Hours:
Four days per week - Hours 7:
30am-12:
30pm, 1:
30pm-5pm - Looking for coverage on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday - Friday coverage needed, other days negotiable If interested, please respond to listing.
