Essential Functions Manage, submit and follow up on workman's comp Injury Case Management Manage all leaves of absence including FMLA, Bereavement, and Unpaid time off Maintain all records associated with Occupational Health & Safety Actively support leadership by identifying issues and coach team members to develop a strong safety culture Assisting in incident investigations and practical problem-solving Offsite safety MIOSHA Compliant Provide Basic Tech assistance What it takes to be a successful Specialist at HiTec:
At least 18 years of age Successfully pass background check, and MVR Must possess effective communication skills including (Both verbally and written) Proven knowledge of technology Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook, Computers, Cell phones, and learning new software Plenty of experience with Excel General HR knowledge MiOsha Background Good time-management skills and able to prioritize tasks in a logical manner Provide exception customer service to clients, staff and other internal/external personal Show positive attitude when faced with difficult challenges Strong work ethic, good listener with great people skills equals success in this role Apply:
