Job Description:
As a Controls Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the design, implementation, and maintenance of control systems that drive the success of our projects in the warehousing and food processing sectors.
Responsible for the electrical hardware design, PLC Programming, HMI programming, troubleshooting and commissioning of automation control systems.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) and a solid background of 5-10 years of experience in controls engineering, with expertise in Allen Bradley PLC, HMI, Drives, and Network systems.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE & QUALITIES:
Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or related field5-10 years of experience in controls engineering with a focus on Allen Bradley PLC, HMI, Drives, and Network systemsPrevious experience in the warehousing and food processing industries is highly desirableExperience preparing drawings, specifications, and material lists as needed for awarded jobsProficiency in PLC programming, HMI design, and network configurationPrepares drawings, specifications, and material lists as needed for awarded jobsStrong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve control system issuesKnowledge of industry standards and safety protocolsExcellent communication and teamwork skillsDetail-oriented and capable of maintaining accurate documentationWillingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologiesJOB TYPE:
