We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Cart Attendant to join our team.
As a Cart Attendant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our guests.
Your main responsibility will be to maintain the cleanliness and organization of our carts and assist guests with their needs.
Duties:
- Retrieve and organize shopping carts from the parking lot - Ensure that all carts are clean, sanitized, and in good working condition - Assist guests with loading and unloading their purchases into their vehicles - Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns - Maintain a clean and safe work environment by promptly removing any debris or hazards - Monitor cart supply and inform management when additional carts are needed - Assist with other tasks as assigned by supervisors
Experience:
